Miliano Anton's late challenge caught a Colon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miliano Anton helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Franquia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miliano Anton to maneuver through the defense. Miliano Anton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shepherd Agraña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artaldo Veraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Gregory Laguna hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute of the match Gregory Laguna shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sandalio Clarabout showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Colon's Oskarbi Villaren got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rdth minute of the game Oskarbi Villaren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Franquia's Shepherd Agraña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zuhaitz Herezuelo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The long shot by Atilano Lecea in the 27th minute really tested Sandalio Clarabout's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Shepherd Agraña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskarbi Villaren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Colon's Oskarbi Villaren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shepherd Agraña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oskarbi Villaren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Franquia fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Franquia's Efren Iravedra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oskarbi Villaren in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shepherd Agraña saved Franquia from getting behind. If Miliano Anton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Oskarbi Villaren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sergio Renteria hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Colon's Imanol Jamilio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Franquia. Shepherd Agraña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskarbi Villaren in the 64th minute of play. After 64 played minutes Franquia got a freekick which was hit by Hector-Luis Goxenola. When Oskarbi Villaren came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Colon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskarbi Villaren couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oskarbi Villaren in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shepherd Agraña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oskarbi Villaren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shepherd Agraña having to interfere. Hector-Luis Goxenola hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Shepherd Agraña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskarbi Villaren in the 78th minute of the match. Paulino Cantiello charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulino Cantiello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes Colon got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Cantiello. Sandalio Clarabout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miliano Anton in the 82nd minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Colon got a freekick which was hit by Zuhaitz Herezuelo. Franquia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colon for a fine match.
