Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teofilio Feliciano started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Carmen got a freekick which was hit by Policarpio Bonechea. 6 minutes into the match, Carmen's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Mañon came free, but Macias Traspalacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rampla Juniors getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cordara Larios hit a great ball. Macias Traspalacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Mañon, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Teofilio Feliciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Padro Pages was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Endira Gobeo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Macias Traspalacios. Carmen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Endira Gobeo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Padro Pages showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilio Feliciano in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilio Feliciano in the 41st minute of play forced Rampla Juniors's goalkeeper Padro Pages to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmen's Macias Traspalacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Mañon in the 47th minute of play. Macias Traspalacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Muñoa in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Rampla Juniors were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Mañon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Mauro Maestro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Padro Pages saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Cordara Larios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rampla Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some careless play in the Carmen defense, Inocencio Muñoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Macias Traspalacios. The Carmen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Macias Traspalacios should have stopped the shot. When Mauro Maestro came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Carmen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Maestro couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the game, one of Rampla Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Carmen. Gorosti Herrero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Padro Pages. 1-4. With a little luck, Carmen's Macias Traspalacios got control of the ball when Inocencio Muñoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mauro Maestro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Rampla Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Gorosti Herrero came free, but Padro Pages reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Macias Traspalacios was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jacobo Arbizu. The Carmen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rampla Juniors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
