Cruz Lisarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xzavion Graells in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's Hegoi Feo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cruz Lisarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raymon Izar's late challenge caught a Guadalupe FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raymon Izar helped the player get up and apologised. Guadalupe FC's Chaime Santos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Orgoroso AFC. The supporters of Orgoroso AFC booed when Guadalupe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egoi Arista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cruz Lisarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egoi Arista in the 17th minute of the match. Xzavion Graells received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cruz Lisarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Orgoroso AFC booed when Guadalupe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegoi Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Xzavion Graells managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guadalupe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xzavion Graells was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th match minute, Orgoroso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Valencia to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Xzavion Graells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Lisarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzavion Graells struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Cruz Lisarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guadalupe FC. Xzavion Graells recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chaime Santos placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Cruz Lisarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzavion Graells in the 44th minute of play. After 48 minutes of play, Guadalupe FC's Egoi Arista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cruz Lisarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giro Giribet was the one to do the kick off. Egoi Arista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cruz Lisarra having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cruz Lisarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egoi Arista, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's Egoi Arista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cruz Lisarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Egoi Arista was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Xzavion Graells's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cruz Lisarra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. If Jon Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
