Milian Alaña ran back to his position shaking his head. Juango Llago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedicto Leon's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Juango Llago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Leon in the 28th minute of play. Juango Llago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Milian Alaña went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Benedicto Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juango Llago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Jorrin Barcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Guiles to make the kick off. Canas's Benedicto Leon got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milian Alaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Juango Llago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Cufre got a freekick which was hit by Jorrin Barcia. After 84 minutes, Jorrin Barcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cufre and the Canas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Jorrin Barcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Milian Alaña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juango Llago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Guiles struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Oliveiro Ricoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cufre. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
