Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) Canas's Benedicto Leon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, El patio FC's Hug Ares got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Viviano Silvestre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canas's Oliveiro Ricoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th match minute, Canas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beat Esoin to maneuver through the defense. Oliveiro Ricoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viviano Silvestre's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Oliveiro Ricoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viviano Silvestre in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Canas's goal looked a bit too open when Viviano Silvestre came free, but Oliveiro Ricoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Canas defense, Viviano Silvestre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliveiro Ricoy. The Canas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliveiro Ricoy should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, El patio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Esoin came free, but Lazaro Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, El patio FC's Lazaro Arrizabalaga got control of the ball when Milian Alaña tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 30 played minutes El patio FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvadore Villafaña. Milian Alaña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Lazaro Arrizabalaga made a huge save. Lazaro Arrizabalaga was a little too slow when Benedicto Leon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-1. Lazaro Arrizabalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Leon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Benedicto Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viviano Silvestre made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvadore Villafaña during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to El patio FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Salvadore Villafaña hit a great ball. Oliveiro Ricoy stood somewhat misplaced when Viviano Silvestre came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 60 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Leon in the 65th minute of play forced El patio FC's goalkeeper Lazaro Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Escarraz charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mark Escarraz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El patio FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Salvadore Villafaña hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, El patio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Leon came free, but Lazaro Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Canas booed when El patio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvadore Villafaña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lazaro Arrizabalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Leon, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Milian Alaña took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lazaro Arrizabalaga. Lazaro Arrizabalaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Viviano Silvestre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El patio FC were furious when Salvadore Villafaña was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Mark Peredo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Canas's Oliveiro Ricoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viviano Silvestre in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viviano Silvestre in the 93rd minute of play forced Canas's goalkeeper Oliveiro Ricoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viviano Silvestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viviano Silvestre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveiro Ricoy having to interfere.
