Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Charrua f.c's Justino Peru started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Justino Peru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Charrua f.c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Charrua f.c's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cilio Pravia 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Montes AFC's Blasco Llama got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Ugutz Villaseca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montes AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charrua f.c the free kick. In the 20th minute of the match Havier Miras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Primo Berrez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Justino Peru put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Primo Berrez. Cordarrol Urones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cilio Pravia in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chabier Lemos in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Primo Berrez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Blasco Llama recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cordarrol Urones. Blasco Llama showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Ezkerra Ermua succeeded in the game's 35th minute to get real power on a long shot . Charrua f.c's Cordarrol Urones hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-2! After a defensive mix-up in Charrua f.c's zone, Cilio Pravia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordarrol Urones came out of the goal and Cilio Pravia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cordarrol Urones made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ugutz Villaseca in the 41st minute. Cordarrol Urones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cilio Pravia in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Chabier Lemos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Primo Berrez was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Ibias in the 46th minute of play forced Charrua f.c's goalkeeper Cordarrol Urones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Blasco Llama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordarrol Urones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cilio Pravia was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Montes AFC booed when Charrua f.c was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Marina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordarrol Urones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ugutz Villaseca in the 53rd minute of play. Primo Berrez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abilio Jimenez. Ezkerra Ermua kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Montes AFC's Primo Berrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Montes AFC from getting a goal against them. Chabier Lemos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Primo Berrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primo Berrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chabier Lemos in the 68th minute of the match. Justino Peru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74th play minutes Chabier Lemos shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Primo Berrez and just under the crossbar into goal. Charrua f.c's Cordarrol Urones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Ibias in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Charrua f.c defense, Cilio Pravia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordarrol Urones. The Charrua f.c fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordarrol Urones should have stopped the shot. Cordarrol Urones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cilio Pravia in the 90th minute of the match. Primo Berrez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chabier Lemos, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Montes AFC had won after a very even match.
