Americo Cuello took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei Alfonso. Celio Amileta charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celio Amileta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Celio Amileta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes Merinos FC got a freekick which was hit by Americo Cuello. In the 11thth minute of the game Chago Villoldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merinos FC's Birila Avecilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Urtun Ganchegui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Chilcas AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Celio Amileta hit a great ball. Birila Avecilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chago Villoldo in the 31st minute of play. When Chilcas AFC's Chago Villoldo in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merinos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolas Saens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Cuello in the 36th minute of play forced Chilcas AFC's goalkeeper Claudinei Alfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Merinos FC booed when Chilcas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clis Arevalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Aztore Algarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Americo Cuello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 53rd minute Chago Villoldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Avecilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aztore Algarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Claudinei Alfonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinei Alfonso was a little too slow when Americo Cuello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-2. When Nicolas Saens came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Chilcas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Saens couldn't finish the play. After 68 minutes, Otsoa Aguileta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Merinos FC and the Chilcas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Merinos FC's Otsoa Aguileta got a free kick in the 68th minute. Lluc Aranguiz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nicolas Saens might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birila Avecilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Saens ran back to his position shaking his head. After 74 minutes of play, Merinos FC's Americo Cuello made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinei Alfonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claudinei Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aztore Algarte in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Americo Cuello made a precise shot to the right of Claudinei Alfonso. Chilcas AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 84 minutes into the match, Chago Villoldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Birila Avecilla. Merinos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chago Villoldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 89th minute, Chago Villoldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Saens struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Birila Avecilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chilcas AFC. When Chilcas AFC's Nicolas Saens in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merinos FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Chilcas AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Merinos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Merinos FC.
