In the 13th minute of the match, Bartoleme Balanzuela got a very nice opportunity to score, but Txurio Guinea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fulgencio Ilarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlo Igual in the 19th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Cisco Reboredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Ilarza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Bartoleme Balanzuela struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Txurio Guinea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quebracho FC. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Sandalio Lobado took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Txurio Guinea to make any attempt to save it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arlo Igual to make the kick off. Denis Cotillos kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fulgencio Ilarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Igual in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Ilarza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Txurio Guinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Ibar in the 65th minute of the match. If Arlo Igual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlo Igual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cisco Reboredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ilarza having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Quebracho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Igual came free, but Fulgencio Ilarza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Quebracho FC got a freekick which was hit by Cordearo Fornell. In the 89th minute Arlo Igual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Ilarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Cisco Reboredo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carrasco FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
