Daniel Errarte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Santaren having to make a save. If Daniel Errarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Santaren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Gustros in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolino Montane in the 12th minute of play forced Los Antiguos Astronautas's goalkeeper Xusto Regueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Antiguos Astronautas's zone, Tolino Montane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xusto Regueira came out of the goal and Tolino Montane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the game, Nunez Repuente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Antiguos Astronautas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canepa AFC the free kick. Nunez Repuente kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Tolino Montane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zilar Villasuso during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Antiguos Astronautas's Zilar Villasuso got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Xusto Regueira was a little too slow when Tolino Montane got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. Feliciano Gustros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Eriberto Santaren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nunez Repuente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Redin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolino Montane made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Reimundo Sarri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canepa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reimundo Sarri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xusto Regueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Canepa AFC's Eriberto Santaren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Errarte in the 59th minute of play. Feliciano Gustros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Santaren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Feliciano Gustros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Santaren having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Los Antiguos Astronautas's zone, Tolino Montane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xusto Regueira came out of the goal and Tolino Montane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Canepa AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
