Renato Vizcarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Sindo Gian took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Renato Vizcarra. Atuxs United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Mataojito booed when Atuxs United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliu Elenes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haritzeder Villamayor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Herena Zaloña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haritzeder Villamayor went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xelo Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Sindo Gian in the 53rd minute really tested Renato Vizcarra's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Lucero Viles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Vizcarra having to interfere. Manel Aumada hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Xelo Castro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Renato Vizcarra. That made the score 1-3 in the 58 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Mataojito's goal looked a bit too open when Haritzeder Villamayor came free, but Herena Zaloña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Haritzeder Villamayor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herena Zaloña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mataojito's Herena Zaloña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loramendi Torquemada in the 72nd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Xelo Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Renato Vizcarra, 1-4. Lucero Viles charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucero Viles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Mataojito got a freekick which was hit by Lucero Viles. Loramendi Torquemada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Xelo Castro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Mataojito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
