In the 4th minute of the match Iker Arnedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ellande Corton skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Dimas Rujula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berruti FC's goalkeeper Ellande Corton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Dimas Rujula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dimas Rujula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrido Masses was a little too slow when Llorenc Lizaso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Nacional FC's Patrido Masses played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llorenc Lizaso in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurken Vellosillo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ellande Corton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ellande Corton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimas Rujula in the 52nd minute. The audience was convinced that Aurken Vellosillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ellande Corton was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Chan Pedronera charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chan Pedronera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Nacional FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chan Pedronera to maneuver through the defense. After 65 minutes, Oihenarte Resto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nacional FC and the Berruti FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hanot Rollan struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Patrido Masses didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berruti FC. Aurken Vellosillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ellande Corton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Llorenc Lizaso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrido Masses read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Aurken Vellosillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ellande Corton having to make a save. If Dimas Rujula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Berruti FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aurken Vellosillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dimas Rujula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ellande Corton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ellande Corton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurken Vellosillo in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nacional FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
