Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramiro Marisancena started the match with the kick off. The Carlitos F.C fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Carlitos F.C's Gelmiro Centenales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Nacional FC booed when Carlitos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remicio Anguiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malvin Luey acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ubaldo Yebra. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ekialde Mendivil during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Carlitos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekialde Mendivil to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Nacional FC's Ubaldo Yebra tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dimas Rujulas short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Malvin Luey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aurken Vellosillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Malvin Luey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Dimas Rujula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimas Rujula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aurken Vellosillo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Nacional FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurken Vellosillo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Carlitos F.C's Eladio Cerradelo got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half Carlitos F.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurken Vellosillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Nacional FC's Patrido Masses played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Marisancena in the 55th minute of play. Carlitos F.C's Malvin Luey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimas Rujula in the 64th minute of play. If Ramiro Marisancena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Aurken Vellosillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Malvin Luey was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Gelmiro Centenales's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrido Masses read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Carlitos F.C's Malvin Luey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimas Rujula in the 81st minute of play. Ekialde Mendivil kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute Aurken Vellosillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malvin Luey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malvin Luey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimas Rujula's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Aurken Vellosillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Malvin Luey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nacional FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carlitos F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
