Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Telmo Irabien ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Maronas's Rafe Oblanca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laurgain Laorden. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 12th minute Sindo Pizarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurgain Laorden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nafarroa Mañes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clementi Gauna during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Maronas getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Clementi Gauna hit a great ball. Sindo Pizarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurgain Laorden having to interfere. In the 30th minute Xinaro Barroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucado Cando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xinaro Barroso in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucado Cando saved Maronas from getting behind. The supporters of La Piazzetta Bolso booed when Maronas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clementi Gauna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, La Piazzetta Bolso's goalkeeper Laurgain Laorden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nafarroa Mañes. A collision led to Maronas getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bernard Lemayo hit a great ball. La Piazzetta Bolso's Pancho Rozano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucado Cando in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Rafe Oblanca kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, La Piazzetta Bolso's Pancho Rozano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 62 minutes, Nafarroa Mañes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maronas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nafarroa Mañes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of La Piazzetta Bolso booed when Maronas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Mendiguren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xinaro Barroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucado Cando having to interfere. La Piazzetta Bolso's Xinaro Barroso got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When La Piazzetta Bolso's Telmo Irabien in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maronas's goalie prevented a goal. 73 minutes into the game, La Piazzetta Bolso's Xinaro Barroso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucado Cando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Nafarroa Mañes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurgain Laorden having to interfere. Laurgain Laorden came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Maronas's Nafarroa Mañes. But to his dismay, Nafarroa Mañes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nafarroa Mañes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maronas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nafarroa Mañes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurgain Laorden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nafarroa Mañes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nafarroa Mañes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Laurgain Laorden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nafarroa Mañes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurgain Laorden having to interfere. Maronas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
