Cordarryl Almarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Padilla in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Valentin AFC's Nardo Garate got a free kick in the 25th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Carmelo Padilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scavino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Padilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Chave made a kick off. Cordarryl Almarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quin Garona in the 77th minute of the match. Matthew Valdivieso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jacinto Chave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Valdivieso having to interfere. Valentin AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
