Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Gipuzkoa Castaneda started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Duranzo AFC's Cordaryal Arteaga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Petrigai Rios. Petrigai Rios yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Zuhaitz Zubicoeta sped through Duranzo AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Demesio Cabarcos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balendin Balbanea in the 12th minute of play forced Duranzo AFC's goalkeeper Demesio Cabarcos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balendin Balbanea's late challenge caught a Duranzo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balendin Balbanea helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Novillos FC's Balendin Balbanea got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Gipuzkoa Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Novillos FC's goalkeeper Petrigai Rios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dubardo Gustros. Petrigai Rios made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Cordaryal Arteaga sent off a good shot on target. Cordaryal Arteaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Petrigai Rios made a huge save. If Zuhaitz Zubicoeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gipuzkoa Castaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Petrigai Rios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Novillos FC's zone, Gipuzkoa Castaneda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petrigai Rios came out of the goal and Gipuzkoa Castaneda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zuhaitz Zubicoeta made a kick off. In the 51st minute Gipuzkoa Castaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petrigai Rios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petrigai Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordaryal Arteaga in the 55th minute of play. Orixe Arango kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Balendin Balbanea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Demesio Cabarcos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Dubardo Gustros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Juan-Alfredo Baul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cordaryal Arteaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Otsoko Molino shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 82nd match minute, Novillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benino Vergas to maneuver through the defense. Novillos FC's Petrigai Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gipuzkoa Castaneda in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Novillos FC's Feliu Charri got a free kick in the 86th minute. Gipuzkoa Castaneda struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Petrigai Rios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duranzo AFC. The Duranzo AFC fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Duranzo AFC's Gipuzkoa Castaneda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Petrigai Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordaryal Arteaga in the 95th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Duranzo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gipuzkoa Castaneda. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Duranzo AFC had won after a very even match.
