Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bazkoare Carrillos started the match with the kick off. Felix Oberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Añoza, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Castel Pola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute, Jose Añoza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Montevideo FC were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Berruti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ubarna Mozo took the corner. The corner led Montevideo FC's Ubarna Mozo to fire away a dangerous shot which Felix Oberto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 16th minute, Estavan Quer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Berruti's zone, Madeo Alanis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Oberto came out of the goal and Madeo Alanis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Benvide Mijares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Oberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 25 minutes into the game, Berruti's Bazkoare Carrillos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaizko Tamez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Bazkoare Carrillos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaizko Tamez was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benvide Mijares got free with Felix Oberto in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaizko Tamez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bazkoare Carrillos's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Madeo Alanis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felix Oberto. That made the score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Madeo Alanis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montevideo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madeo Alanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Oberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benvide Mijares in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Benvide Mijares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Felix Oberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gamus Valtierra hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Montevideo FC's Benvide Mijares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Oberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When Benvide Mijares came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Montevideo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benvide Mijares couldn't finish the play. After 78th play minutes Madeo Alanis shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Felix Oberto and just under the crossbar into goal. 82 minutes into the match, Madeo Alanis notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Berruti's Felix Oberto. Felix Oberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benvide Mijares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Oberto having to make a save. Madeo Alanis took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Oberto. Felix Oberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. There was no doubt that Montevideo FC were the better team. Montevideo FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
