Luisito Ogero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amador Trapiella having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, Tropezon's goalkeeper Amador Trapiella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisito Ogero. 36 minutes into the match, Vitoria Forcen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Godoy's Eriz Ibarlucea. Eriz Ibarlucea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Godoy's zone, Joachim Querendil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriz Ibarlucea came out of the goal and Joachim Querendil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gil Dehesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Trapiella having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Godoy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidal Taracena to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gil Dehesa scored 2-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amador Trapiella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joachim Querendil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Godoy getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jayvier Ramirez hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, Tropezon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Arismendi to maneuver through the defense. Gil Dehesa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Amador Trapiella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodoro Arismendi fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tropezon's protests and gave Teodoro Arismendi a yellow card for diving instead. Teodoro Arismendi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tropezon's goalkeeper Amador Trapiella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute Regis Quintianan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Trapiella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Dehesa in the 81st minute of play forced Tropezon's goalkeeper Amador Trapiella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Dehesa in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Trapiella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luisito Ogero struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Amador Trapiella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Godoy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Dehesa in the 87th minute of play forced Tropezon's goalkeeper Amador Trapiella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Saldivar hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match Vidal Taracena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amador Trapiella skillfully saved the ball. Joachim Querendil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
