He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Menafra FC reached it. 6 minutes into the match, Suarez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hanot Moya came free, but Sandaili Camero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Hanot Moya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandaili Camero. Suarez FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hanot Moya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Hanot Moya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandaili Camero was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Calisto Alcubilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calisto Alcubilla in the 46th minute of play forced Menafra FC's goalkeeper Aurelio Guarnizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menafra FC's Aurelio Guarnizo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Menafra FC from getting a goal against them. After the first half Menafra FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute Calisto Alcubilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Guarnizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Suarez FC's Calisto Alcubilla made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Guarnizo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Suarez FC's Sandaili Camero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Suarez FC from getting a goal against them. Suarez FC's Calisto Alcubilla got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Suarez FC booed when Menafra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xuaco Azcarate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calisto Alcubilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Guarnizo having to interfere. The Suarez FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Menafra FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Menafra FC.
