In the 20th match minute, Piraraja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Alaez to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes Casupa FC got a freekick which was hit by Manex Mutiloa. 26 minutes into the match, Piraraja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Astiategui came free, but Atauri Falconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atauri Falconi came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Casupa FC's Mundo Doria. But to his dismay, Mundo Doria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mundo Doria in the 32nd minute of play forced Piraraja FC's goalkeeper Atauri Falconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piraraja FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Pellas Bazarra shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 45th match minute, Piraraja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Solbeida to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ambrosio Astiategui made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Casupa FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Longar. 56 minutes into the match, Piraraja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Longar came free, but Atauri Falconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ioritz Lertora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mendiko Lape, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ted Quintano charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ted Quintano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Casupa FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ted Quintano hit a great ball. After 68 minutes, Gartzi Armesto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piraraja FC and the Casupa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Gartzi Armesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Astiategui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Atauri Falconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Mundo Doria could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Atauri Falconi however easily saved by the left post. 73 minutes into the match, Piraraja FC's goalkeeper Atauri Falconi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mundo Doria. Mundo Dorias short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Atauri Falconi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ioritz Lertora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mendiko Lape in the 85th minute of play. Mundo Doria succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 94th playminute. Casupa FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
