Celso Ucedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gudesteo Corton went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Chamberlain AFC's zone, Cerilo Jorge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Ucedo came out of the goal and Cerilo Jorge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yader Estarrona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Celso Ucedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cerilo Jorge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Ucedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Celso Ucedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yader Estarrona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Rioja Aliceda hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 8 de Octubre's Diaz Hortega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Pan in the 57th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yader Estarrona in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Ucedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Silverio Pan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chamberlain AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Pan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diaz Hortega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 de Octubre's Cerilo Jorge got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Yader Estarrona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Godin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Celso Ucedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Gudesteo Corton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Ucedo. Chamberlain AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gudesteo Corton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 78 minutes into the game, Gudesteo Corton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 8 de Octubre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chamberlain AFC the free kick. The supporters of Chamberlain AFC booed when 8 de Octubre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gudesteo Corton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rioja Aliceda during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
