Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tolino Viñambre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Marcones Barbanera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Millano in the 18th minute of play forced Carmen FC's goalkeeper Marcones Barbanera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Tolino Viñambre sped through Carmen FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcones Barbanera. In the 25th minute, Eleazar Rutges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Emilio Millano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emilio Millano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Socotroco's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 38th minute of the match Hernan Pelon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcones Barbanera skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Emilio Millano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcones Barbanera was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Emilio Millano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Tolino Viñambre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Socotroco's supporters rose to their feet, but Tolino Viñambre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcones Barbanera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvet Muniz in the 53rd minute of play forced Carmen FC's goalkeeper Marcones Barbanera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcones Barbanera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tolino Viñambre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Socotroco's Tolino Viñambre got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Emilio Millano made a precise shot to the right of Marcones Barbanera. Carmen FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Tome Pozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenec Artiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zavier Sahagun having to interfere. Emilio Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marcones Barbanera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tolino Viñambre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcones Barbanera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolino Viñambre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Tolino Viñambre put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcones Barbanera. There was no doubt that Socotroco were the better team. Socotroco's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
