Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Caetano Entrena made the kick off which started today's match. Faron Valdaliso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derwin Rius having to interfere. Illan Cavero charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Illan Cavero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Escudero! The referee gave modols FC a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastiano Bustinaga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Escudero's Derwin Rius. 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Faron Valdaliso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. modols FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faron Valdaliso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Escudero booed when modols FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevez Alfebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Escudero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Arozamena to maneuver through the defense. Sebastiano Bustinaga, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 22nd minute Estevez Alfebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derwin Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. modols FC were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Escudero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastiano Bustinaga took the corner. After 24 played minutes modols FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Poo. Ferran Tricio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Estevez Alfebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Faron Valdaliso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, modols FC's Belo Modet got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Atauri Reizabal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Escudero getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Sebastian Arozamena hit a great ball. Sebastiano Bustinaga shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Derwin Rius was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Estevez Alfebra managed to get in a good position for a shot. modols FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Estevez Alfebra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derwin Rius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, modols FC's Faron Valdaliso got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Derwin Rius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faron Valdaliso in the 45th minute. Derwin Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevez Alfebra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estevez Alfebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Estevez Alfebra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atauri Reizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ranolfo Ziguenza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faron Valdaliso might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Derwin Rius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Faron Valdaliso ran back to his position shaking his head. Faron Valdaliso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Faron Valdaliso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derwin Rius was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Erauso Verdes hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Gero Gandarillas took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Derwin Rius. Derwin Rius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnas Valdenebro during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to modols FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Arnas Valdenebro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Entrena in the 76th minute of play forced modols FC's goalkeeper Ranolfo Ziguenza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute Estevez Alfebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derwin Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faron Valdaliso in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Derwin Rius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Derwin Rius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faron Valdaliso in the 88th minute of the match. modols FC's Faron Valdaliso got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute Faron Valdaliso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derwin Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Ranolfo Ziguenza managed to avoid a goal in the 98thth minute, when Escudero's Atauri Reizabal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. modols FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
