Ferrer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Cabriada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Blas Cabriada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taio Villabol was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When Araoz Orihuela fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferrer's protests and gave Araoz Orihuela a yellow card for diving instead. Araoz Orihuela hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Taio Villabol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Sancho Carredano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Correa AFC's Taio Villabol. Taio Villabol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Blas Cabriada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Taio Villabol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauren Laguillo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Gian-Carlo Gormaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephen Salsoro having to interfere. Ferrer's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Arnau Villaro scored to the left of an out of position Stephen Salsoro, making the score, 1-2. If Arnau Villaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Araoz Orihuela kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Stephen Salsoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnau Villaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Cabriada made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Sancho Carredano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gian-Carlo Gormaz couldn't finish the play. Luke Inestrosa hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Blas Cabriada might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taio Villabol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Blas Cabriada ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Correa AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blas Cabriada fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 76 played minutes Correa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lauren Laguillo. Ferrer's Stephen Salsoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gian-Carlo Gormaz in the 81st minute of play. Blas Cabriada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
