Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ulises Panadero started the match with the kick off. Pinto Mauriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sazon Sanchez took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severiano Escajedo. Severiano Escajedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Pinto Mauriz came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Migues fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pinto Mauriz couldn't finish the play. Sazon Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Escajedo having to interfere. Artigas AFC's Severiano Escajedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sazon Sanchez in the 13th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Pinto Mauriz in the 18th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Sazon Sanchez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pinto Mauriz in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Escajedo saved Artigas AFC from getting behind. If Matxin Ricaredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pinto Mauriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Severiano Escajedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lalla Busvidad kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Matxin Ricaredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Markel Bugarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliverio Morea kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Matxin Ricaredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Markel Bugarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matxin Ricaredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pinto Mauriz made a kick off. Matxin Ricaredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Markel Bugarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Escajedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pinto Mauriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Severiano Escajedo managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Migues's Sazon Sanchez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 92 minutes into the match, Migues's goal looked a bit too open when Matxin Ricaredo came free, but Markel Bugarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 97 minutes, Matxin Ricaredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Artigas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matxin Ricaredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
