Beremundo Jetino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Quin Larquera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Florentino AFC's zone, Fonso Amurrio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldo Ferreiro came out of the goal and Fonso Amurrio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beremundo Jetino in the 23rd minute of play forced Toledo's goalkeeper Quin Larquera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leon Zuazna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Florentino AFC's Balesio Grimaldo got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Toledo's Fonso Amurrio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldo Ferreiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute Fonso Amurrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Ferreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Conrao Marco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Fonso Amurrio sped through Florentino AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ronaldo Ferreiro.

The wind increased when Beremundo Jetino made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Florentino AFC's Conrao Marco got a free kick in the 51st minute. Fonso Amurrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Ferreiro having to interfere. Ronaldo Ferreiro made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Fonso Amurrio sent off a good shot on target. Leon Zuazna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ronaldo Ferreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Zuazna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Beremundo Jetino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beremundo Jetino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quin Larquera having to interfere. Fonso Amurrio struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ronaldo Ferreiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toledo. Ronaldo Ferreiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Zuazna in the 75th minute of play. Balesio Grimaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Florencio Rua was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Toledo's Leon Zuazna in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ronaldo Ferreiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fonso Amurrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Ferreiro having to interfere. A collision led to Florentino AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Conrao Marco hit a great ball. Florencio Rua, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Toledo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
