Berart Tecla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 34th match minute, Carqueja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toribio Lucas to maneuver through the defense. Sesuldo Redondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Berart Tecla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Carqueja AFC booed when Club Atlético Del Millón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladio Nava didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Club Atlético Del Millón's Berart Tecla got control of the ball when Sesuldo Redondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelo Izmendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carqueja AFC's goalkeeper Ostadar Remiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Izmendi to make the kick off. Carqueja AFC's Sesuldo Redondo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Marcelo Izmendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carqueja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Izmendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berart Tecla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berart Tecla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Izmendi's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Berart Tecla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sesuldo Redondo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Marcelo Izmendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carqueja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Izmendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berart Tecla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carqueja AFC's Toribio Lucas suffered a fractured collar bone after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Froilan Crespo fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Del Millón's protests and gave Froilan Crespo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Froilan Crespo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ostadar Remiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azubeli Echave in the 70th minute of play. Sesuldo Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berart Tecla having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Carqueja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Izmendi to maneuver through the defense. Sesuldo Redondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Berart Tecla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Del Millón's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Izmendi came free, but Berart Tecla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Carqueja AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
