The audience was convinced that Alexandro Olave's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cordarrell Fresno was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Celio Viz came out of the goal and Jordy Toldra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Ugartondo in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celio Viz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Club Atlético Peñarol booed when Melo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Iros didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celio Viz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
