Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Estefan Espinar got the match started through his kick off. After 5 minutes, Galo Rubinos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illescas and the Padula FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Galo Rubinos hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Xzaiver Fominaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savier Escoto in the 8th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play Illescas's Galo Rubinos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Galo Rubinos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Savier Escoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Padula FC booed when Illescas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estefan Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Illescas's Estefan Espinar got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Savier Escoto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xzaiver Fominaya. Padula FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Savier Escoto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Xzaiver Fominaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Savier Escoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Archibaldo Rasa in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Araoz Idiaquez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 38 minutes into the match, Padula FC's Ronaldinho Iruegas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 39 played minutes Illescas got a freekick which was hit by Iaki Valdeliso. Padula FC's Xzaiver Fominaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savier Escoto in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Illescas's goalkeeper Araoz Idiaquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Illart Virto charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Illart Virto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 49 minutes into the match, Illescas's goalkeeper Araoz Idiaquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho Iruegas. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ronaldinho Iruegas made a great header on Padula FC's corner, it was just that Illescas's Araoz Idiaquez managed to reach the ball for a save. Archibaldo Rasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Araoz Idiaquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Savier Escoto got free with Xzaiver Fominaya in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Padula FC's Xzaiver Fominaya got control of the ball when Savier Escoto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elvio Ustoa hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Savier Escotos short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Xzaiver Fominaya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Estefan Espinar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xzaiver Fominaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Savier Escoto in the 88th minute. After 90 minutes, Zilar Guillemez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illescas and the Padula FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Zilar Guillemez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Savier Escoto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xzaiver Fominaya having to make a save. Estefan Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Elvio Ustoa fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Padula FC's protests and gave Elvio Ustoa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Padula FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Elvio Ustoa hit a great ball. Araoz Idiaquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Archibaldo Rasa in the 99th minute of play.
