In the 16thth minute of the game Benjamin Darroja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ordeig's Clemencin Valben was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gartzea Verlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan-Alfredo Docanado, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute Juan-Alfredo Docanado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gartzea Verlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fanuco Liñan got free with Clemencin Valben in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bihar Escapa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rogerio Santin fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ordeig's protests and gave Rogerio Santin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ordeig getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rogerio Santin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bihar Escapa managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan-Alfredo Docanado made a kick off. Escudero's Gartzea Verlo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Escudero from getting a goal against them. Escudero's Gartzea Verlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Alfredo Docanado in the 82nd minute of play. Fanuco Liñan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bihar Escapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fanuco Liñan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Clemencin Valben didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escudero. Gartzea Verlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ordeig supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ordeig would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
