Orlando Santurde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bihar Escapa in the 12th minute. If Juan-Alfredo Docanado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, one of Ordeig:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ordeig. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Hospital. Alejandro Ruisaez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Clemencin Valben. 1-1. Lonzo Caras's late challenge caught a Ordeig's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lonzo Caras helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Hospital was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lonzo Caras to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes Ordeig got a freekick which was hit by Guillelmus Bobis. During the 32nd minute of the match Lonzo Caras completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lonzo Caras a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lonzo Caras kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Alejandro Ruisaez kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ordeig's Perutxo Ceniceros got a free kick in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Alfredo Docanado to make the kick off. In the 66th match minute, Hospital was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Sobrido to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Alfredo Docanado in the 78th minute of play forced Hospital's goalkeeper Orlando Santurde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Hospital getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pablo Sagredo hit a great ball. Bihar Escapa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Santurde having to interfere. Hospital's Orlando Santurde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Alfredo Docanado in the 88th minute of play. Juan-Alfredo Docanado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
