Oalo Barranco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rencio Lorza in the 9th minute. Oalo Barranco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarbonin Lizundia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute of the match, Felipe Lope tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oalo Barranco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 15 played minutes Merinos got a freekick which was hit by Guillem Borges. Oalo Barranco made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Rencio Lorza sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Guillem Borges notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Marineros del Este's Savion Laguna. Savion Laguna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merinos's goalkeeper Oalo Barranco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Savion Laguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciceron Andueco, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Rencio Lorza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Oalo Barranco made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Merinos's goalkeeper Oalo Barranco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rencio Lorza. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rencio Lorza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Merinos's Oalo Barranco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rencio Lorza in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Marineros del Este's zone, Alvaro Raedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Savion Laguna came out of the goal and Alvaro Raedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Savion Laguna made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Guillem Borges sent off a good shot on target. Oalo Barranco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rencio Lorza, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Oalo Barranco came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Marineros del Este's Felipe Lope. But to his dismay, Felipe Lope quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Alvaro Raedo took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Savion Laguna to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Rencio Lorza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marineros del Este's supporters rose to their feet, but Rencio Lorza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oalo Barranco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
