Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 9th minute Esteban Arruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilixo Estivariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xian Forcada hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Raebert Meca hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, POEHNIX HC's Millano Tezano got a free kick in the 31st minute. 39 minutes into the match, Peralta's Xusto Cea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilixo Estivariz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Tximitx Sampayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peralta's supporters rose to their feet, but Tximitx Sampayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilixo Estivariz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xusto Cea might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilixo Estivariz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xusto Cea ran back to his position shaking his head. POEHNIX HC's Berdoi Bajo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Xusto Cea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peralta's supporters rose to their feet, but Xusto Cea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilixo Estivariz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xusto Cea made a kick off. Casado Cañarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Argenis Tejadillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xusto Cea scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilixo Estivariz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th match minute, Peralta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tximitx Sampayo to maneuver through the defense. Ilixo Estivariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xusto Cea in the 62nd minute of the match. Berdoi Bajo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Errapel Villamil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind POEHNIX HC's goalkeeper Ilixo Estivariz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xusto Cea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 minutes of play, Peralta's Xusto Cea made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilixo Estivariz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilixo Estivariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xusto Cea in the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Tximitx Sampayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peralta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tximitx Sampayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xusto Cea struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ilixo Estivariz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peralta. 90 minutes into the game, Peralta's Xian Forcada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilixo Estivariz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Xusto Cea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Peralta fully deserved thier win.
