An unexpectedly hard shot by Xusto Cea in the 10th minute of play forced Veras FC's goalkeeper Etor Alvarellos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mederi Villamor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Etor Alvarellos. Veras FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Peralta's Xusto Cea got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Veras FC's zone, Xusto Cea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Etor Alvarellos came out of the goal and Xusto Cea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Etor Alvarellos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Arruda in the 23rd minute of play. Etor Alvarellos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Esteban Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veras FC's Etor Alvarellos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Etor Alvarellos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Arruda in the 35th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Peralta's Esteban Arruda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Etor Alvarellos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteban Arruda struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Etor Alvarellos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peralta. The Veras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peralta were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baudelio Pereta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Berart Albaratay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errapel Villamil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veras FC's Etor Alvarellos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arruda in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Tximitx Sampayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Xusto Cea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peralta's supporters rose to their feet, but Xusto Cea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Etor Alvarellos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Xusto Cea fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Etor Alvarellos, passed just outside the right post. Veras FC's Etor Alvarellos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arruda in the 67th minute of play. Esteban Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Xusto Cea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xian Forcada hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 78 played minutes Peralta got a freekick which was hit by Tximitx Sampayo. 83 minutes into the match, Peralta's Esteban Arruda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Etor Alvarellos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xusto Cea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xusto Ceas short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Etor Alvarellos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Peralta's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
