Berdoi Bajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Molfi having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Raebert Meca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. POEHNIX HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarugo the free kick. 19 minutes into the game, one of POEHNIX HC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 23 minutes into the match, POEHNIX HC's goal looked a bit too open when Valente Sedan came free, but Ilixo Estivariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilixo Estivariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valente Sedan in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Valente Sedan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilixo Estivariz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Argenis Tejadillo sped through Tarugo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Molfi. 37 minutes into the match, POEHNIX HC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonza Aedo came free, but Ilixo Estivariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Jonathan Molfi managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when POEHNIX HC's Berdoi Bajo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argenis Tejadillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tarugo's Gonza Aedo in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye POEHNIX HC's goalie prevented a goal. Ilixo Estivariz was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Gonza Aedo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gonza Aedo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. A hard shot 92 in the game by Valente Sedan from a close distance when the talented Ilixo Estivariz managed to make a qualified save. POEHNIX HC's players were relieved. Tarugo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
