Llorian Teijeiro came out of the goal and Olentzaro Tejeido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olentzaro Tejeido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Llorian Teijeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gotzon Heneriz in the 13th minute of the match. When Artigas AFC's Olentzaro Tejeido in 14 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Llorian Teijeiro guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 15th minute Gotzon Heneriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llorian Teijeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Stiven FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olentzaro Tejeido came free, but Llorian Teijeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Olentzaro Tejeido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stiven FC's goalkeeper Llorian Teijeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Palban Mathey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pedroso Alvisto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Loreto Pola came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Artigas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loreto Pola couldn't finish the play. Zacarias Poz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Gotzon Heneriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Llorian Teijeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stiven FC's goalkeeper Llorian Teijeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Llorian Teijeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olentzaro Tejeido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Donatello Noriega hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Zacarias Poz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Olentzaro Tejeido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zacarias Poz fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stiven FC's protests and gave Zacarias Poz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Cucao Cedrun sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Stiven FC's Llorian Teijeiro didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Stiven FC's Llorian Teijeiro got control of the ball when Olentzaro Tejeido tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olentzaro Tejeidos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Llorian Teijeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gotzon Heneriz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Llorian Teijeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. If Gotzon Heneriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Olentzaro Tejeido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Llorian Teijeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olentzaro Tejeido did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Llorian Teijeiro 76 minutes into the match. If Gotzon Heneriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gotzon Heneriz in the 88th minute of play forced Stiven FC's goalkeeper Llorian Teijeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llorian Teijeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gotzon Heneriz in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 played minutes Artigas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Loreto Pola. The Artigas AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
