In the 13th minute, Eulalio Rivacoba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iztal Othaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Iztal Othaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Eulalio Rivacoba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iztal Othaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martxel Pizarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Fernandez Larabiedra made a huge save. Fernandez Larabiedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naike Olivan in the 31st minute of the match. Fernan Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Iztal Othaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eulalio Rivacoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iztal Othaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Romano in the 41st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Naike Olivan sped through Joanico AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernandez Larabiedra.

Grabiel Salgueiro kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Naike Olivan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandez Larabiedra having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martxel Pizarro in the 56th minute of play forced Joanico AFC's goalkeeper Fernandez Larabiedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes, Eulalio Rivacoba made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. PASION TRICOLOR's Iztal Othaz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Naike Olivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 65 minutes, Eulalio Rivacoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joanico AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Rivacoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, PASION TRICOLOR's Iztal Othaz got control of the ball when Eulalio Rivacoba tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Joanico AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grabiel Salgueiro to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Naike Olivan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PASION TRICOLOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joanico AFC the free kick. Fernan Romano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute of the match, Eulalio Rivacoba got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iztal Othaz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Distiratsu Lobregon hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute Luisito Herro managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Despite being the better team, Joanico AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
