But to his dismay, Gerazan Zuñiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Isauro Bazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Xiao Trevijano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isauro Bazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xiao Trevijano having to interfere. Gerazan Zuñiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Maronas FC's zone, Isauro Bazquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xiao Trevijano came out of the goal and Isauro Bazquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isauro Bazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xiao Trevijano having to interfere. Chaime Redin's late challenge caught a Kokelucho mata Panques's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chaime Redin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kokelucho mata Panques booed when Maronas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaime Redin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerazan Zuñiga to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Kokelucho mata Panques's goal looked a bit too open when Gerazan Zuñiga came free, but Alvaro Guixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerazan Zuñiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Guixe having to interfere. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kokelucho mata Panques's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The corner ended in Isadoro Colomines almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kokelucho mata Panques's Alvaro Guixe did a great save. In the 71st minute, Serafo Calvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Maronas FC booed when Kokelucho mata Panques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enaut Pangusion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kokelucho mata Panques's Alvaro Guixe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Kokelucho mata Panques from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Kokelucho mata Panques's Alvaro Guixe got control of the ball when Eladio Cañas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerazan Zuñiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Guixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerazan Zuñiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kokelucho mata Panques's Serafo Calvo got a free kick in the 91st minute. Maronas FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
