The audience was convinced that Bernardino Penas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kismi Naredo was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. With a left leg Kismi Naredo saved Orgoroso from getting behind. Bernardino Penas took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kismi Naredo. Kismi Naredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bernardino Penas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kismi Naredo having to make a save. Claris Puentes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Cirilo Cachon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baiardo Amescua took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kismi Naredo. Orgoroso's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Acegua's Cirilo Cachon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kismi Naredo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Bernardino Penas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acegua's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Penas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kismi Naredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orgoroso's Kismi Naredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Cachon in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardino Penas made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Orgoroso's goalkeeper Kismi Naredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardino Penas. Cirilo Cachon struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Kismi Naredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acegua. Cirilo Cachon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 58th playminute. If Jokin Alamea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardino Penas couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Acegua's Bernardino Penas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5.
