After 18 minutes, Bernardino Penas made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. DR FC's Veto Ser tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Veto Ser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelito Buiza, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Bernardino Penas scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Veto Ser, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardino Penas in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veto Ser saved DR FC from getting behind. In the 27th minute, Bernardino Penas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acegua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Bernardino Penas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 37 minutes into the match, Acegua's Gelacio Campelo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Veto Ser narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gelacio Campelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Bernardino Penas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veto Ser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcelito Buiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veto Ser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamie Hibbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iparragirre Sallas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Acegua's Marcelito Buiza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After 66 minutes of play, Acegua's Cirilo Cachon made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Veto Ser was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the match, Acegua's Cirilo Cachon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Veto Ser narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute of the match, Gelacio Campelo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Veto Ser saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Cirilo Cachon came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Acegua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Cachon couldn't finish the play. Veto Ser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Penas, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After having played for 78 minutes, Gelacio Campelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acegua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelacio Campelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bernardino Penas came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Acegua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardino Penas couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Penas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Veto Ser 81 minutes into the match. Veto Ser made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Bernardino Penas sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardino Penas in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veto Ser prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Acegua's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
