City Park's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Hierro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, City Park's goalkeeper Markvincent Vallearena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zornin Janer. Escudero FC's Lourenco Torne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ortzi Santirso in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute Laffitte Lagrana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markvincent Vallearena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Escudero FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for City Park. Angelino Morea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lourenco Torne. 0-1. If Ricardo Hierro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Escudero FC's Lourenco Torne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Hierro in the 44th minute of play. When City Park's Ricardo Hierro in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Escudero FC's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeruko Marin was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ortzi Santirso got free with Lourenco Torne in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Markvincent Vallearena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeruko Marin went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Teixido during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Escudero FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 69 minutes, City Park's Angelino Morea got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lourenco Torne. In the 72nd minute, Ortzi Santirso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lourenco Torne. The goal made the score 1-3. 75 minutes into the game, Dei Afonte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Escudero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave City Park the free kick. Dei Afonte kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Zornin Janer's late challenge caught a City Park's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zornin Janer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Escudero FC's Zornin Janer got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute of the match Angelino Morea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lourenco Torne showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lourenco Torne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ortzi Santirso in the 85th minute of play. Lourenco Torne was a little too slow when Ricardo Hierro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tadeu Salabaste during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to City Park getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Tadeu Salabaste hit a great ball. The Escudero FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching City Park's performance. The match ended with a win for City Park.
