Mancio Cuebas struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Boruc Tylinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bone. If Vedillo Quintanadueñas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bone getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Joey Regueira hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Franco Espin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oro Eiros skillfully saved the ball. Oro Eiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Iscar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Bone's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Iscar came free, but Oro Eiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Vedillo Quintanadueñas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oro Eiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Berdaitz Varsana fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Basañez's protests and gave Berdaitz Varsana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bone booed when C. A. Basañez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berdaitz Varsana didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, C. A. Basañez's Boruc Tylinski got control of the ball when Lisandro Baena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st match minute, C. A. Basañez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ati Ameobi to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Gilen Bordales from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Boruc Tylinski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 46 minutes into the match, C. A. Basañez's Vedillo Quintanadueñas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oro Eiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. Vedillo Quintanadueñas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oro Eiros having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleuterio Iscar in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oro Eiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Bone getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gilen Bordales hit a great ball. Vedillo Quintanadueñas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Oro Eiros made a huge save. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bone's goalkeeper Oro Eiros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Vedillo Quintanadueñas came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the C. A. Basañez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vedillo Quintanadueñas couldn't finish the play. Vedillo Quintanadueñass short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Oro Eiros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
