Vedillo Quintanadueñas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C. A. Basañez's Eleuterio Iscar got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute Presebal Cantiello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Tylinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vedillo Quintanadueñas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Larra Zubizarrieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boruc Tylinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Presebal Cantiello in the 35th minute of the match. Larra Zubizarrieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Iscar, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Boruc Tylinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Presebal Cantiello in the 41st minute of the match. Vedillo Quintanadueñas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Larra Zubizarrieta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Presebal Cantiello to make the kick off. If Vedillo Quintanadueñas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romo Somonte kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Eleuterio Iscar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Larra Zubizarrieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Rubiero hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Romo Somonte hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Larra Zubizarrieta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Rubiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91stth minute of the game Eleuterio Iscar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canelones's Larra Zubizarrieta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
