Navarro Antiñano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Santxo Arcas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Hornilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eneto Teresa charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in Valentines's zone, Piorno Olmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sancho Lomelin came out of the goal and Piorno Olmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, Alejandrina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Navarro Antiñano came free, but Santxo Arcas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match, Navarro Antiñano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santxo Arcas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Navarro Antiñano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valentines were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Alejandrina AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eguzki Castreciones took the corner. Santos Temiño kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Valentines getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eguzki Castreciones hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Juan Gigante sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Valentines's Sancho Lomelin didn't even have to move. If Ceferino Hornilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 80 minutes, Navarro Antiñano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valentines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Navarro Antiñano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santxo Arcas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Orlondon Lape was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alejandrina AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valentines the free kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Alejandrina AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Valentines.
