A collision led to Piamontesa getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Horacio Fontecha hit a great ball. Fidencio Veragua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Piamontesa's Sasoin Matesanz got a free kick in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Mambru Oliva put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cresitobalo Mon. In the 19th match minute, Buceo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nofre Mora to maneuver through the defense. If Horacio Fontecha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Piamontesa's Mambru Oliva got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Piamontesa's goal looked a bit too open when Fidencio Veragua came free, but Roi Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Mambru Oliva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fidencio Veragua made a kick off. Eder Peñacerrada charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eder Peñacerrada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Piamontesa's Eder Peñacerrada got a free kick in the 65th minute. Quinto Yturrondo, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fidencio Veragua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roi Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidencio Veragua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Fontecha got free with Cresitobalo Mon in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ursino Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roi Leal having to interfere. If Mambru Oliva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Buceo FC's Cresitobalo Mon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Buceo FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidencio Veragua in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roi Leal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ursino Sarmiento scored 1-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roi Leal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
