Lope Najar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celino Landazuri in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cordara Arganzua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinera's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordara Arganzua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Leiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cordara Arganzua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marz Anillo came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lope Najar could save by the left post. In the 85th minute of the match Camerino Lorden sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lope Najar skillfully saved the ball. Cordara Arganzua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Claus Lupidana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 95 minutes into the match, Club Atletico El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Cordara Arganzua came free, but Norberto Leiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Pinera were the better team. Pinera's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
