Maurilio Errazquin came out of the goal and Edorta Inestrosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th match minute, Guerrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pueblo Neli to maneuver through the defense. Daunte Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venceslao Montalvo in the 13th minute of play. Olo Romerano charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olo Romerano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Olmos AFC's Olo Romerano got a free kick in the 24th minute. Pau Espinoza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Daunte Gimenez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Olmos AFC booed when Guerrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Arneu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Guerrero FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Roque Cerda hit a great ball. Anacleto Aguinaga in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maurilio Errazquin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maurilio Errazquin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, Olmos AFC's goalkeeper Maurilio Errazquin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Aguinaga. After 47 minutes, Roque Cerda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guerrero FC and the Olmos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Guerrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Cerda to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 52 played minutes Guerrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Ofelio Feo. Karlos Capitillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daunte Gimenez having to make a save. Daunte Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karlos Capitillo in the 57th minute of the match. Tancredo Balderrama kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Olmos AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Pau Espinoza hit a great ball. Guerrero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edorta Inestrosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurilio Errazquin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Edorta Inestrosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guerrero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edorta Inestrosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurilio Errazquin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Guerrero FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Edorta Inestrosa hit a great ball. Daunte Gimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlos Capitillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seguinus Greña hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Tancredo Balderrama's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daunte Gimenez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. But to his dismay, Roque Cerda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Olmos AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guerrero FC.
