Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernendo Pedroza got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maldonado FC's goalkeeper Anxo Escandàn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Corderro Larrañaga could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Teofilio Veidazar however easily saved by the left post. 12 minutes into the game, Lluterio Cemborain lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Teofilio Veidazar. Lluterio Cemborain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tajo Ronquillo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Enaut Rubion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anxo Escandàn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernendo Pedroza scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anxo Escandàn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Teofilio Veidazar managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Maldonado FC's Corderro Larrañaga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lluterio Cemborain was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Maldonado FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Orlanda Echaez hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Fernendo Pedroza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anxo Escandàn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Fernendo Pedroza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soriano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Corderro Larrañaga made a kick off. Lluterio Cemborain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilio Veidazar having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Maldonado FC's Lluterio Cemborain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilio Veidazar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 59th match minute, Soriano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gauargi Miras to maneuver through the defense. Lluterio Cemborain might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilio Veidazar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lluterio Cemborain ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 minutes of play, Maldonado FC's Lluterio Cemborain made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 85th minute, Ortle Guernica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Corderro Larrañaga in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilio Veidazar saved Soriano from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Soriano's zone, Corderro Larrañaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofilio Veidazar came out of the goal and Corderro Larrañaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soriano's goalkeeper Teofilio Veidazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Lluterio Cemborain, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 97 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Teofilio Veidazar was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Maldonado FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
