Xabat Hayas short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Gutierrre Badia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabat Haya in the 7th minute of play forced Tarariras's goalkeeper Gutierrre Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Tarariras's Txerran Muñana to fire away a dangerous shot which Ermegildo Nogal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sanchez's Benino Hompanera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tarariras. Sanchez's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
