When Todor Lecubarri came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Yacot AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Todor Lecubarri couldn't finish the play. The referee gave Republica del Barro F.C a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Felipo Hoyuelos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Yacot AFC's Zoil Isla. 2-0. 98 minutes into the game, one of Yacot AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Republica del Barro F.C had won after a very even match.
