When Algorta's Suero Blas in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fairy Tail's goalie prevented a goal. Llope Valdes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureo Relloso having to make a save. In the 12th match minute, Algorta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martxot Pinillos to maneuver through the defense. In the 15thth minute of the game Llope Valdes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Algorta's Aureo Relloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baudelio Cazares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gai Canta having to interfere. Baudelio Cazares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Fairy Tail defense, Martxot Pinillos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gai Canta. The Fairy Tail fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gai Canta should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute of the match Lazcano Rosado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gai Canta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Algorta's goal looked a bit too open when Llope Valdes came free, but Aureo Relloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Llope Valdes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bartolome Portillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Aureo Relloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Zumarraga's late challenge caught a Algorta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Zumarraga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fairy Tail's Filiberto Zumarraga got a free kick in the 35th minute. Fairy Tail's Gai Canta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipillo Murua in the 41st minute of play. Martxot Pinillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gai Canta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gai Canta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martxot Pinillos's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Llope Valdes made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fairy Tail's Gai Canta got control of the ball when Baudelio Cazares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franko Villa shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. A collision led to Algorta getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sugar Almarza hit a great ball. Piearres Pedulles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureo Relloso having to interfere. Martxot Pinillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gai Canta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baudelio Cazares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martxot Pinillos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Piearres Pedulles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Aureo Relloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fairy Tail getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Filiberto Zumarraga hit a great ball. When Martxot Pinillos came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Algorta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martxot Pinillos couldn't finish the play. Martxot Pinillos charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martxot Pinillos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Algorta getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Martxot Pinillos hit a great ball. Baudelio Cazares struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Gai Canta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Algorta. Martxot Pinillos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gai Canta having to interfere. The Fairy Tail fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Algorta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
